Last updated: March 10, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ChainContext ("the Service"), operated by ChainContext ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ChainContext is a no-code platform for building, deploying, and hosting MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers powered by smart contracts on EVM and Solana blockchains. The Service includes a visual block builder, hosted MCP runtime, recipe system, registry, and associated APIs.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
- Interact with contracts or protocols involved in known exploits, hacks, or rug pulls
- Abuse rate limits, circumvent access controls, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
- Resell access to your MCP servers without authorization
- Transmit malware, spam, or phishing content through MCP tools
5. Non-Custodial Nature
ChainContext does not hold custody of any cryptocurrency, tokens, or private keys. Write tools generate unsigned transactions that must be signed by the user's own wallet. We are not responsible for any on-chain transactions you execute using data from our Service.
6. Billing and Payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
- Refund requests within 14 days of initial purchase will be honored. Contact support for details.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by third-party services (blockchain RPC providers, Supabase, etc.).
8. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of the smart contract ABIs, configurations, and content you create on the platform.
- We retain ownership of the ChainContext platform, brand, code, and documentation.
- By publishing to the ChainContext registry, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your server listing publicly.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
- Upon account closure, you will receive an email with an appeal link.
- You may delete your account at any time. Deployed MCP servers will be taken offline immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainContext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that blockchain data retrieved by MCP tools is accurate, complete, or timely. You use on-chain data and unsigned transactions at your own risk.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChainContext and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
